At California Tortilla, the health and wellness of our customers and team members is our top priority. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe and clean environment in our restaurants, we have extensive cleanliness policies and procedures in place. We are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization guidelines in addition to monitoring and implementing local and state recommendations.
While the COVID-19 virus is not foodborne, our team members conduct regular and thorough cleaning of all equipment, surfaces, and areas of the restaurant using disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the day and each night.
Your Cal Tort experience may temporarily be different as a customer as we implement precautionary changes. In addition to our current health and safety practices, we are taking extra precautions including replacing loose utensils with wrapped utensils and offering customers new cups for refills at our drink stations.
