After a heated Elito 8 tournament, Cal Tort fans voted and crowned The Cubano Bowl with the title: Next Seasonal Special.
The Cubano Bowl, inspired by the flavors of Cuba, features a delicious balance of mesquite chicken on a bed of rice and beans, topped with home-made tostones (fried plantains), fresh mango salsa, sour cream, avocado and cilantro. From there, we drizzle the bowl with our sweet-and-smoky Havana Sauce – made from scratch daily with fresh citrus, tomatoes, crushed chili peppers and a barbecue kick.
